15% of the net proceeds from the event will be contributed to the San Francisco Conservation Corps. This non-profit preserves and improves the San Francisco environment, while providing educational opportunities for our inner-city children ages 11-26.

Corps members develop their job and academic skills, leadership abilities and environmental awareness by completing outreach, conservation and community service projects throughout the city. Simultaneously, they participate in academic programs such as high school diploma preparation, study halls, environmental and restoration classes, personal and professional development coaching and computer literacy training.
